Job Description:
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on WFMP for the entire exchange, assists timekeepers with system related questions and provides training on WFMP to managers/supervisors or timekeepers, when needed.
Performs WFMP related duties not limited to inputting forecast data, establish and publish work schedules, timesheet corrections, schedule adjustments and such.
Reviews payroll data and take necessary actions to ensure accuracy.
Performs a variety of administrative functions related to purchase orders, transfers, inventory, service ticket log, hardware orders and such.
Provides hardware and software related technical support for store operations such as troubleshooting, installing, repairing and upgrading of all in store hardware systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB
Qualifications:
One year of computer experience within the last three years.
Or Bachelor's degree.
Degree (one of):
-BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred Major/Minor (one of):
-BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred -INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - Preferred If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
