Network Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Support all functions of the VTC process, and work with various teams, including help desk technicians. Support the process to maintain the database for all VTC user sites and train stakeholders and provide maintenance support to analyze and identify vulnerabilities regarding the secure VTC system and peripheral encryption devices. Implement and conduct quality assurance tests to identify project failures and determine solutions to fix system failures. Create network and system documentation to ensure it meets testing standards as outlined by DoD regulations and standards. Support the installation, test, repair, and maintenance workstreams for the network equipment and conduct preventative maintenance on an as-needed basis, serve as the integrated scheduler for all secure VTCs, and assist with project management reports upon request by the program manager.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with SAR and SAP projects
Knowledge of IP video teleconferencing, COMSEC, Log Rhythm servers, Domain Controller and DNS servers, and Configuration and maintain GEM X Encryptor Manager server, level Ill troubleshooting of components
Ability to configure and maintain Windows 2012R2 OS servers and system engineer secure video teleconference system to ensure compliance
Top Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in installing large scale VTC infrastructure network and end user VTC systems
Knowledge of H.323 and SIP standards, various types and brands of encryption devices, and Log Rythym software
TS/SCI clearance
BA or BS degree in Information Systems

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
